Seller Guarantee: Protect Your Purchases

The seller's warranty , also called the legal guarantee of conformity, ensures the conformity of new or used products with the sales contract. It guarantees that the product corresponds to its description, is suitable for the intended use and has the qualities announced. In the event of non-conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement or reimbursement of the product for two years from its delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Code. This guarantee is in addition to any commercial or contractual guarantees and does not limit their scope.

The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse , incorrect installation or accidental breakage .

Power Pack Warranty Plus: Warranty Extension

The Power Warranty Plus Pack extends the seller's warranty by an additional 12 months, covering all electrical equipment in your Oscaro Power solar kit (except the supervisor and the battery). You have 60 days after purchasing your solar kit to subscribe to this extension, which is valid for a single solar kit.
